Today the comic turned a year old! And what did I get? An e-mail from one of my absolute favorite web comic writers/artists. On a whim this morning I wrote Danielle Corsetto of Girls with Slingshots just to say thanks for being a great inspiration/influence on me when I first started the comic. What did I get back? A congratulations on your year-anniversary and keep up the good work on the comic e-mail back. Yep. Pretty much the greatest thing ever. This entire post labels me as the complete and hopeless nerd that I am, but I really don’t care. I got an e-mail from somebody awesome on a completely awesome day. :D
